Hello and welcome to Cotswold Sports & Beauty Therapy.

My name is Laura and I am a fully qualified Level 4 Sports Therapist & Level 3 Beauty Therapist. I am a dedicated sports therapist with a diverse range of specialist treatments which are up to Level 5, using the most innovative & progressive therapies, leaving you truly looked after!

I am fully committed to the health & well-being of my clients. I offer a luxurious & soothing range of treatments to aid healing & recovery, rehabilitation, to rejuvenate & revitalise the body & mind. My goal is to create bespoke, unique & distinctive treatments based on your own specific individual needs. This makes it personalised to you!

Providing this distinctive personalised approach to you, I may combine various massage therapies & knowledge from different parts of the world to achieve the best result with bearable & relaxing techniques, giving you a brighter, stronger & healthier future leaving you feeling amazing.

As an experienced sports therapist, I will do all I can to help you in an unhurried environment. Whether you are wanting to enhance your sports performance, help with those niggling injuries, increase flexibility or generally reduce muscular tension, I am here to treat you.

Let me tell you a little about myself. I became a Sports Therapist as I have a keen interest in sport & fitness, helping athletes to achieve optimal performance, rehabilitation, prevention & maintenance. Having worked closely with rugby teams has given me the experience where I have flourished in my career. My passion & knowledge shines through & I make the extra step to help you further. I am passionate about learning & always looking for new & exciting ways to improve the experience & outcome for my clients to give you the best-desired result. I am currently working my way through my Level 5 Sports Therapy & Level 5 Sports Massage qualifications.

About 4 years ago, I trained privately in beauty therapy treatments where I can offer additional treatments which are unique, new & exciting. This can involve combining therapies into one session such as a massage & a facial; a routine lashlift & tint (providing a patch test is done 24 hours prior to your appointment).
