Free-flowing ocean wave-like movements wash over the client’s arms, upper torso, neck, shoulders, face and scalp. Lomi Lomi is one of the most profound forms of massage. The reason for this is that it works gently but deeply into the muscles with continuous flowing strokes, totally nurturing the body and enabling the client to relax, give in and simply be. Lomi Lomi helps to release any energy blockages and assists in balancing the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. This massage is given in fluid, rhythmic motion using the forearms, hands and fingertips.
